Forgive Them

ree

“Father forgive them; for they know not what they do.” Luke 23:34

Dear Brothers and Sisters In Christ,

Let us not allow our hearts to become hardened because of the evil in this world. Jesus has defeated that evil and the time has come for the judgement of the living and the dead, and a new age will dawn, but we must endure until His return.

Some people are drunk with power, lust, (among other things) that lead to sin and which offend our Creator; and some people are just drunk and addicted and are lost in themselves and their own thinking as to forget who they are and what their purpose is.

We Brethren must not be led astray. We must stay the course and endure, as Christ teaches. We are not to be moved by the chaos and destruction around us, but must be still and silent as a rock, as the storms of life on this world swirl around us, catching up souls lost to the evil one. No we will not be caught up, nor be shaken when our faith and our God is persecuted by those led by the blind. We will be a light , a beacon for those willing to live, willing to listen and accept and follow the teachings of Christ Jesus, the Savior of the World.

Let us then my beloved in Christ, be humble and accept our persecutions as Christ teaches, “Turn the other cheek,” and not give answer or rebuke, but become steadfast in our faith in Christ and His love and sacrifice at the hands of those who would not believe. But as for us we will believe in the Lord.

We do not need signs and wonders for we know the truth, the Gospel, the good news – that Jesus of Nazareth, who is Christ our Lord, the Son of God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, came to earth over 2000 years ago and taught His Apostles and countless others about the Kingdom of Heaven, and how, by following His teachings and commandments, you will be accepted into that Kingdom if you believe in Him, Jesus, truly.

Jesus offered himself up, in the flesh, as a blood sacrifice to God the Father for us, so that all sin may be forgiven and that ALL people should enter his Kingdom. As Jesus said, “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you.” John 15:12-14. Thanks be to God!

Yours In Christ,

Brother Michael
